We are based in the Snoqualmie Valley and we work outward from it. The valley is where we know the streets, the weather and the housing stock well enough to tell you over the phone what is probably wrong with your door — and it is where we can usually get to you fastest.

Our home ground is East King County: North Bend, Snoqualmie, Fall City and Carnation. Beyond that we cover a wider stretch of the Puget Sound region, from the Kitsap Peninsula up through Snohomish, Skagit and Whatcom counties and south into Pierce County. Travel time is longer, so for those areas we schedule rather than promise an immediate arrival.

Whatever the address, the work is the same list: broken torsion and extension springs, doors that have jumped their track, openers that hum but will not lift, frayed cables, cracked rollers, sensors knocked out of alignment, and full replacement doors when a panel is beyond patching.

We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A garage door that will not close is a security problem, not a scheduling problem, so the phone is answered at 2 a.m. the same as at 2 p.m.
